EHTVS Enhanced High Temperature Vortex Scrubber

Designed for point-of-use (PoU) abatement, the EHTVS safely reduces emissions while saving on cost of ownership. The tool efficiently uses water, energy and abatement consumables by means of creative and reliable technology. Dual heaters and vortexes ensure capacity to abate gases, and multiple inlets and outlets to the tool allows for a variety of gas configurations.
